As a professional in data and business analytics having graduated from Durham University, Jayant embarked on his property journey in 2022, building a portfolio of HMOs and Serviced-accommodation units. Jayant excels in creating win-win arrangements that guarantee landlords a trouble-free income stream while delivering high-quality, affordable options for tenants and guests.

Alongside this he has steadily added 8 properties to his buy-to-let portfolio since 2019 focusing mainly on turnkey investments. Given his experience managing HMOs in the Rent-to-Rent space this focus has recently changed to HMO conversions involving full back to brick refurbs.
